The Process

Self-Inquiry

Are you aware that there is one anchor thought underlying all your thoughts? Yet, most people are never truly aware of this thought because it is an unconscious thought that remains hidden unless you make it conscious.

This foundation thought is responsible for all your thoughts and emotional consequences. Modern psychology addresses this thought one way and authentic mindfulness addresses it a completely different way. But both approaches are necessary for true self-inquiry.

You will learn the principles of both approaches and then a practical method to apply this artful process in 2-5 minutes throughout your day.

You will discover your true self. This will allow you to turn your attention inwards with a few questions that will change your emotional and mental health. Without self-inquiry, you are a slave to the whims of your thinking patterns and automatic feelings. You also never get to really know “who am I?”. Learn to master your thoughts and feelings without any control or meditation.

Live Sessions

Self-Inquiry

I spent many years training and practicing the method of self-inquiry. I discovered parts of the method that were confusing and even its teachers often taught contradictory conclusions.

In every session, we will spend 10 minutes listening to a meditation session being taught by Daniel Kahneman, Krishnamurti, Alan Watts, Alfred Adler, Albert Ellis, and Sri Ramana Maharshi. The Blue Wave Synergy approach differs from all of these teachers but you will learn important facets of self-inquiry of what to do and what not to do from these teachers.

5 Modules

The Modules include live 10-minute lectures from the teachers themselves.

Module 1

What are our different systems of thinking and how can we identify them? What is psychological self-structure? Understand the first stage in all our thinking patterns, which leads to feelings and self-ratings.

10-minute session by Professor Daniel Kahneman

Module 2

Who am I really? The difference between self-esteem and unconditional self-acceptance. Learn about how the psychological ego is an illusion but also has practical advantages.

10-minute session by Albert Ellis & Alan Watts

Understand how non-duality works. Is there a separate Self that can control and change our thoughts and feelings?

10-minute session by Krishnamurti

Module 4

What is the process of turning the mind inwards and asking the well-known but often misunderstood question: Who am I?

20-minute session by Sri Ramana Maharshi

Module 5

Our unique 4-step questions outline the practical method of self-inquiry. This method incorporates mindfulness and psychological principles. It begins with questions, leading to experiencing self and back to rational beliefs.
